Founded in 2010, S-Wave Sport Co., Ltd. has grown from a small injection molding workshop into one of central China's specialized water sports equipment manufacturers. Over 15 years, we have produced over 100 million units of swim goggles, swim caps, and snorkeling equipment for brands across 50+ countries.
Our 15,000+ square meter facility integrates mold development, injection molding, silicone compression, assembly, quality control, and warehousing under one roof — giving us full control over quality, lead time, and cost.

Our tooling workshop designs and fabricates molds in-house, enabling rapid prototyping and custom OEM projects with 3–4 week mold lead times.
Dedicated silicone compression molding for swim caps and gaskets. Supports custom Pantone color matching and multi-color production.
Anti-fog durability, UV transmittance, leak testing, silicone tensile strength, and material safety testing conducted on every production batch.
Multiple assembly lines with 100+ trained workers. Capable of producing 1M+ units per month across all product categories.
